  • TERRIBLE customer service. I was there for a convention and I had called to make sure I would get discount parking since I wasn't actually staying at the hotel, I was told and assured I would. Day of, and no one had any idea how to get the parking discount. Talked to several employees and they all told me they didn't really know. The hotel had promised and advertised a parking discount and I ended up paying full price. Very disappointed, will not be staying at a Sheraton any time soon!
