  • I had been to Vegas in December and was truly scared to try this ride out as I am afraid of heights. Than I had seen an episode of the Housewives of Beverly Hills and they made it look like alot of fun. So while in town for a tradeshow I had made plans with friends to go on this ride before our dinner reservations. First you book online your ride which was surprising as I thought we could just walk on. But in fact you have a reservation time. Before getting on the ride you can either take a bar onboard for a flat price all you can drink for the 30 minute ride or just take a drink with you that you can buy onsite. We chose the later so we wouldn't be too smashed at dinner. Now the Ferris wheel is constantly moving so you board as it is moving. It is pretty cool and it goes at a good speed. We were a party of four so we boarded with two other people. Very spacious inside and there is bench setting against the windows. There is a video regarding the ride but to be honest with you I just enjoyed the views. Simply breath taking but you get to see everything so you don't feel the need to go again that day. I would definitely go next trip to Vegas maybe after the sunsets so you see all the lights on the Strip.
