| - Well, I know this isn't the nicest LVAC in Vegas. And yes, it does have an 80's vibe. But hey, what's wrong with that? It has all the equipment that I need. Treadmills work just fine, I've never seen the locker room dirty, there's always someone either cleaning or taking out the trash.
I workout at night, around 9pm, I go with a friend. Sometimes with two, and we always have weights available. Sure, every now and then I might have to wait for somebody to finish their sets. About the smell, it really doesn't bother me. I don't want to go to a gym that smells like citrus fruit and and flowers. But there is a solution. It's called "deodorant". But the gym can't control that.
About the staff. Raul (the guy that enrolled me) is a professional. He does his job. I always see him working. The front desk staff (workers who scan your LVAC card) are pretty nice. Some do seem distracted talking and laughing with their friends, and I always have to ask for a towel, eventhough they see me all the time. They should know by now. The nicest worker is Gabriel. He starts his shift when I'm finishing my workout. So when we're leaving and returning our towels, (I get towel service) he always greets us and has a smile. I wish all workers valued their jobs like him. He sees us coming and immediately gives us our cards. We don't even have to say our last names, he's memorized it. Thanks Gabriel.
Overall, this gym is pretty nice, not the best in Vegas. All equipment works fine. Huge parking lot. Some panhandlers by 7-11. That's about it. I will continue coming here for years.
