  • I called this Vet on 3 separate occasions to schedule an appointment for my GSD. Each time I was put on hold and THAT'S WHERE I STAYED. One time I gave up after 10 mins another was 17mins and the final time was 12mins. If they treat you this bad just over the phone I could only imagine how they treat you In person.
