  • You are better off watching YouTube and figuring it out yourself. I come in one day because I have crystal clear water and greenish tint. The owner is super sure it is due to algae and ignores me when I tell him I already super shocked pool twice, following by algacide treatment. Gives me 7 packs of their 'premium' shock. I come in next day after using all 7 packs as he told me to do, and he tells me my water has 0 chlorine. Really? After 7 packs of your 'premium' shock? I was able to fix the green tint by using a single bottle of hardness and metal stain treatment from Lowe's. Bottomline: you are better off watching YouTube to figure out what is wrong.
