rev:text	The bar itself was awesome, the bartenders were very nice and a beer is $6, which is expensive but not too bad for the strip. Its the hookah lounge that was the problem. We had to wait for a table, which is fine since we came last on a saturday night. We got our table in about 10 minutes but then not a single member of the staff even came to our table for at least 20 minutes. One of us had to go up to them and ask for a hookah, when they told us they didnt have any available, and weren't friendly about it. Its a hookah bar, how can they be out of hookahs? Order more for gosh sakes. We kept checking up to see if they had one available and at one point a tall african american staff member said "If your gonna be a bitch you didnt need to get a hookah, its not my fault we dont have any" Um..excuse me? We'd been waiting for almost 45 minutes for a hookah, sorry for being a bit impatient. Finally got one and only had it for about an hour before last call. At around 2am one of the staff literally grabbed the hookah from us as one of the party was smoking out of it, it still had plenty of sheesh and the coal was still lit. I understand they close at 2 and woudnt serve us anything else, but to physically take away an unfinished hookah? Not ok. Restaurants dont take your plate away right? There are TONS of hookah lounges in Vegas, i would say go literally anywhere but here. Everywhere else is probably cheaper and probably offers better quality sheesh than the Starbuzz Rhumbar serves. Will never go back and intend on complaining to the manager. Some of the worst service ive ever gotten.
