  • I moved into my apartment February 1st. The heater/air conditioner didn't work, both my husband and I got sick and our apartment was 50 degrees. It JUST got fixed a week ago. We still don't have a gate key, pool key, or a key to get into a mailroom. I have not had access to my mailbox for a month. I have important documents waiting. I am on the phone at least twice a week with them trying to get a solid answer or something done. I have 11 months left on my lease and I'm not looking forward to it. Everyone is very unorganized at this company. I absolutely do not recommend.
