**** YELP MODERATORS REMOVED THIS REVIEW. Listen up moderators the experiences described really happened. So I'm reposting it. Once again, yelp forces me to give a star. The name of this store is Lamp's Plus. I enjoy a good joke steeply based in irony. Lamp's Plus is just that. You have one job Lamp's Plus: selling functional lighting fixtures in a timely way. We ordered two recessed lights and three pendant lights. Right from the start, we were clear we needed these fixtures in order to complete an already extended kitchen renovation. We were assured our merchandise would ship within 7-10 days. This company boasts a national presence. We were very displeased to learn that not only would our recessed lights but also our pendant lights be back ordered until May. I think our customer service person's matter of fact could care less attitude is what really ticked me off. More proof that customer service is dead. Anyhoo, miraculously our fixtures were located in Ca. and set to ship within a week. One pendant light came smashed to bits. The casings for the recessed lights were wrong. The Home Depot came through on those. Another miracle, they had a pendant light in their back room to replace the smashed one. Once installed one light's color is a bit different than the other two. Same lot# different dye lot. We didn't bother with that issue. The kitchen looks beautiful and neither one of us felt like going back there. One job: selling lights. Make an attempt to achieve minimal competence Lamp's Plus.
