  • I was referred her by a friend who has also had top notch experience with these plumbers. I'm always nervous with work like this because I don't know much about it. I was immediately put at ease with my first call in to the office. They were very accommodating to my family's situation. The repair need was at my parents house and I was anxious about a 2hr arrival window because I live 10 minutes away and have twin toddlers at home. They called before they arrived so I could meet them at the house. The repair was done more quickly than I anticipated and turned out to cost less than I had feared. Ken and his partner did excellent, efficient work. I will confidently refer them on and also call them first for our next repair needs!
