  • Worst experience ever. I ordered a grande toffee nut latte. When I got to the window a woman passed me a tall cup and asked for my payment. I informed her it was supposed to be grande & she took my card & literally just poured the drink into a grande cup. Seriously? So I go inside requesting them to at least add a bit more cream to it and the blonde barista told me she could only add a little more because I wasn't charged for a grande drink. Whose fault is that?! Never again!
