  • Had another outstanding customer service and repair experience yesterday from Elite Appliance. My refrigerator stopped cooling for no apparent reason. Was able to schedule a service call on short notice that also fit our schedule. James did an outstanding job. Was on time; called when he was on the way; had pulled the part already; and had it up and running in short order. Very personable and explained all that was going on Cost was reasonable. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend!!
