  • The facility is clean and comfortable, but staff is another story. We waited over an hour after our scheduled appointment only to have the vet do a very impersonal 3 min "wellness exam" on our senior (12yr) Doodle. No real questions about health or habits. No evidence that there was any real concern. When we voiced our frustration to the receptionist...her response was "well, okay." I sent an email directly to the clinic thhat afternoon with no response. This was our first, and obviously last visit. We have four dogs and a cat, so a new clinic close to home was very exciting for us. It's unfortunate and disappointing.
