I have been going to this spa for years and love it. The new location at Eagle Mountain is not as nice as Copperwynd, but since the new owners of the resort at Copperwynd wanted ownership of the spa, the move was made. The Eagle Mountain location does provide use of the hotel outdoor pool, but there is no locker room, etc. The spa services are in the condo units- bedrooms have been turned into massage/treatment rooms and the living room area in one unit is the manicure/pedicure room. A second unit has a "relaxing room."
The main thing that brings me back over and over is the expertise and friendliness of the staff. The massage therapists are very good; my favorite for a relaxing (i.e., softer) massage is Judy. The receptionist who takes your call for booking can recommend a person just right for the type of treatment you would like.
Definitely check into the Spa Gold membership- best deal going!
