  • Typically I do not give 5 stars to just anyone... Especially someone who I've actually purchased products from. Usually car sales people rub me the wrong way and I either buy because I've done my homework and what I wanted was there and available or I purposely go to another sales rep just because I disliked the way the person greeted me. But this review is for the Fearless Female - Diane Casielo, she has amazed me with her sincere customer service and honesty. She pays plenty of attention to detail, responding to our email inquiries promptly, test drives, steering me away from future regrettable decisions and even assisting with locating vehicles that matched my preference in another state; her and the Mercedes sales staff has not failed to deliver on their promises. I highly recommend speaking with Diane Casielo if you're in the market for a new vehicle she will be sure to go that extra mile to be sure your satisfied with your decision. Thanks Diane!
