  • We have been going here for years. My husband dropped off our dog today and told the girl up front 3 times not to touch the ears and tail. Apparently the girl didn't write it down and groomer practically shaved all of her. We were purposely trying to get her hair to grow out on the ears and tail and now we have to start all over! Plus, when my husband was visibly upset, he had to still pay the fee, which by the way has steadily been going up and up. I have to say, I don't think we will be going back.
