  • Extremely disappointed in the food and serivice. I came here for a birthday dinner last Friday with a group of about 15. My boyfriend and I walked into the restaurant greeted by an unwelcoming, bored looking hostess - would it kill you to at least say hello? We saw our friends immediately, so we seated ourselves. It took the waitress 10 minutes to acknowledge that we came, and another 10 minutes to get my water and my boyfriend's pint of Canadian. As someone who has had years of experience in the service industry, I would understand if the restaurant was busy, but it was already past 8PM - the dinner rush was over and the restaurant was quiet. As for the food - I had the mini sliders (meat was dry, portion was ridiculously small even for sliders, overall, BLAND) and my boyfriend had the turkey club which was extremely soggy. The cherry on top to the disgusting food and lack of service was the 18% gratuity that was charged to our table - my BIGGEST pet peeve is when servers give their tables shitty service just because of the auto gratuity they charge groups. My boyfriend ended up paying over $50 for crappy mini sliders, a soggy turkey club and a pint of Canadian. Save your money - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
