  • Went in to get a brake job done. Was quoted around $189 per axel on the phone. I walk in and Rob greets me and says they will get right on it. 45 min later he finally walks to me with a quote. $811 for brakes and rotors. Says that my fronts cant be turned and I need ceramic brakes all around. I say to him well ill just take the standard brakes and regular rotors. He looks to me and says he cant do anything less than premium, but he will knock off $100. He then proceeds to tell me that people often have a problem with the actual cost of things. The only reason I came to this is because I didnt have the time to do them myself and wanted done quickly, however not at a cost of $811. Went to autozone bought ceramic brakes performance rotors and did it myself in 2.5 hrs. The labor he charged was 80/hr. Parts were $400. Also while in there 4 people came in to get inspections he told them it would take atleast an hour. A lady came in and said yes we will start on your car right now. Someone who had an appointment came in about 5 min later and he says to the lady on well now you will have to wait 2 hrs this guy had an appointment and he comes first. Long story short overpriced nonnegotiable and arrogant owner.
