  • A penny pinching dealership with little or no follow up. Also, Cadillac's reputation appears to be on a serious downhill slide when compared to Mercedes, BMW, and Audi. Buyer beware! Do your due diligence. Mr. Hamilton: I am offended by the fact that you could not even get my name or gender correct....it is Art not Jessica. That is just a typical example of the indifference, carelessness, and apathy of you sales management and sales representative team. Simply put, I purchased a new automobile at a dealership that got it ALL right the first time.
