I've been here twice. The first time I sat down and found the waitress knew nothing about the menu, and we could only guess what we would get; we also expressed our food allergy concerns and they replied nothing. When we got the check we found that the tips had already been added into the total, which was not very pleasing, but that was a dinner so we accepted the amount.
The second time was weekday lunch, we had four people, ordered a hot pot and spent about $45 in total. The waitress had a very cold face and the service was slow, or I would say in bad manner, and this time the tip was $18! We said we only have four persons and this is a weekday lunch without a good service (even without a smile), but the waitress insisted that this is "regulated by the boss". Unreasonable. We could do nothing but pay... And the hot pot was not the very authentic Chinese style.
