  • I called to make an appointment for a pedicure and gel polish change. I have never been to this place before. The guy that answered the phone told me to come at 11:00 am and he was going to make my appointment with Heidi. Ok, so I go in and Heidi comes out and says I only have time for one which one do you want? Really, I thought you talk to a customers like that. I think it is so rude to talk to people like that. I guess I am use to people wanting my business. Maybe they have too many customers already. I'm not sure if I will be back. I would note rate them 5 stars for customer services.
