I chose this office strictly because of it's location and my insurance. The customer service was awesome and even though they were very busy, I was seen at my exact appointment time. I didn't have to wait at all. I'll definitely be going back!
Although I stand behind my 5 Stars, because they were that friendly, I do have one complaint. On the phone I told them it was my first time EVER getting an eye exam and I think they should have explained the eye being dilated and effecting me afterward BEFORE the appointment. It's made for a wasteful day and I'm wishing that my appointment was made later in the afternoon rather than in the morning so that I wasn't just wasting the day away since my eyes are so sensitive right now. Would I have spend the $30 for the other option had I known? No, because I want free, not $30, but I would have known to plan my day better.
