  • What a horrible experience. My girl friend Janice has been raving about this place forever! While she shops at the Fashion Sq store, I found myself in Kierland and thought I just might take a peek around. The store was sloppy, and the staff seemed much more interested in moving clothes around rather than helping me find a size in a dress. Being a size 12, I thought it would be easy. I guess that means searching for myself and looking through all the size 8s that were everywhere. One very nice woman was helping me in the dressing area but was overshadowed by a very tall woman with an accent practically yelling at her. The dressing room gal remained professional and actually apologized for what I had just witnessed. Well 5 over-priced, ill-fitting dresses later ( had to try on some 10s since that is what they had to offer!), I gathered my belongings and left the dressing area. It was then that I practically tripped on the ladder on the floor. Why there was a ladder on the floor during open hours is beyond me! I had just about enough. The tall gal was now at the cash registers, the line was long, and again she was yelling! Out I went. Walked down to Banana where I received service with a smile, 2 cute dresses and NO attitude! Sorry Janice, maybe the gals at Fashion Square just have it more together! In the mean time, I am STAYING AWAY FROM Anthropologie in Kierland Commons!
