  • I was truly disappointed in the food and overall experience here. Service was absolutely horrible. The hostess who seated us was snooty and rude. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated even though there were plenty of seats available. We asked to sit out in the patio but she told us the outside tables weren't set. No big deal, except about halfway through lunch we saw her seat some other guests out in the patio. WTF? It took a long time for anyone to take our order and even longer for the food to come out. When the food finally arrived, it was a huge letdown. The flatbread was extremely greasy and soggy as a result. My friend ordered calamari and said it was very chewy. She also ordered a salad which she said was nothing special. My steak was undercooked, chewy, and bland. And the worst part, there was a hair on my plate!! GROSS! After hearing all the rave reviews, I was so disappointed in this place. Overpriced mediocre food and snooty service. No thanks, I won't be coming back and I won't be recommending it to anyone.
