Service here is the worst I have received. Our server Sherri took my Invisalign trays which were in a bowl (twice) and the second time she came back and just said that they were not in the trash, without one word of apology. She just left and I felt like she did not care at all. I complained at the hostess desk and the were unable to find the manager on duty, Jeff. After 15 minutes they finally found someone who was able to take off the automatic 18% gratuity off the bill for breakfast. He muttered an apology that he didn't mean at all (with a disgruntled face) and I left the restaurant feeling horrible and angry about the service. We came because our hotel stay included a free breakfast but we would never come here to pay for an actual meal.
