I took my Audi here to get the radiator replaced. I was quoted $350 for the repair, which I agreed and believed was fair. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was shocked to find out the bill was actually $500. The worst part is they tried to charge an extra $150 in the labor and parts to replace a headlight bulb, which is something I could have done on my own. When I pointed this out and refused to pay for the outrageous charge, they were quick to "discount" the labor.
Although I was able to avoid paying a ridiculous amount for something so silly, there's nothing worse than a mechanic trying to take advantage of a woman. I told them I would never take my car back to them after this stunt. To add insult to injury, it took me years to get off their text message alert service, which was another thing I never permitted.
