  • Richard and team deleted certain key applications from my laptop without my permission. Now on top of the erroneous charge of $75 I was charged from Digital Doc...for what I am unsure, I have to spend another $50 to get back the apps. That were removed without my advisement. I asked President and owner Richard Gaderick for some sort of remuneration for his company's incompetence. He refused, making excuses along the way. Luckily, my cc company stopped payment....not a company I will do business with in the future. BUYER BE WARE.
