  • Stay away from Crystal Thompson at the Cricket store on Eastern and Pebble!! She is a complete "C". and I NEVER refer to anyone in this way. I changed my 3 lines to her store 6 days ago. My son's phone started freezing and we went to exchange it. We did not have the box and she would not help us. After she sells you, she "F's" you. No customer service. We actually got into a screaming match. She is dangerous and terrible for business. We went over to the store n Horizon ridge and Eastern. Jaime told us to go get the box and he would stay open for us. He made a couple of calls and resolved our issue. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY STORE I WILL D BUSINESS WITH. I wanted Crystals supervisor's name and she told me, 800 cricket. This nut-job Crystal should be fired!!!The other girl,Paulina at the Pebble and Eastern store should be the manager. She originally helped us and is amazing and knows how to speak to people,just like Jamie at the the Horizon ridge store.
