  • My car was sent out after an oil change 2 quarts low on oil. I have contacted them twice. The first time I was told they would call me back and take care of it. There was never a call back. The second time Lars just made excuses and said , "my car burns oil." Amazingly it still has all of the oil my husband had to put in after my "oil change".
