This update was after the apology I got from the owner, my experience wouldn't have been so bad if I had been apologized to for their power outage to begin with and I came in after everything just got back up, not to mention I had an appointment. He offered me a service and to wash and detail my car to make up for their off day, I asked them to tighten my belt for the service and that was the deal.
When I got there there was a small confusion about me only getting an oil change and wash/detail but that was corrected. I wasn't there too terribly long and although my car wash had some hard water spots dried on it and my detailing wasn't very detailed, it was better than it was before and I tipped the detailer. Sadly my belt still squeaks sometimes after the tightening but that's understandable so maybe I'll come back there to just get it replaced.
For a side fact, I came in knowing my check engine light was on (faulty temp sensor, it'll just keep doing it and I just get it shut off every so often and also to make sure it's nothing else as well), they didn't mention a word about it. All in all, they seem OK to me.
