  • We've been ordering from them for a couple weeks now. We had a minor issue with our first order and their customer service (Maria) was fantastic - speedy follow-up and resolution. Wonderful experience! If you are considering any kind of meal prep service, at least give them a shot and support a business who knows how to treat its customers right! As far as the food, they offer you a wide selection of options and substitutions, and the portions are very good as well. Considering everything is a total of 2-4 mins prep time, it's fantastic! We've tried Blue Apron and the amount of time you spend prepping, cooking, washing and you still risk hating the meal. Honestly impressed with how well most of the items heat up in the microwave - expected much more rubbery or mushy food, but everything came out pretty well! Being it's on the healthier side of foods, sometimes I like to add my own sauce or dressing to things for an extra bit of flavor - but I'm someone who eats salad only to enjoy the dressing so I'm sure the flavor they give is totally satisfactory to most people. Definitely give them a shot to impress you like they did me!
