  • The hose connection to our washer was leaking. We temporarily patched it with teflon tape but wanted a professional to look at it as we aren't very handy. Ernie came out (on time, same day) and let us know it was probably fine. We had him replace the hose and connection anyway just for piece of mind ... our hose was 5+ years old probably ... but there was no pressure to do so. Always nice to have a repair guy that is honest and upfront about what is necessary. Great work, we'll happily use them again in the future.
