  • I saw my windshield was cracked. Thought it was fixable, but then saw extent of real damage. It was a rock chip that I hadn't noticed and the crack had spread from the chip. Ended up needing the entire windshield replaced. I obtained quotes from a couple of places and United had the best price. Helen was absolutely courteous and professional on the phone and in-person. I made an appointment for the next day, arrived a little early, and they were done in approximately 30 minutes. Great customer service. I highly recommend them. Thank you Helen! UPDATED REVIEW: United Auto installed a new windshield on my car a few months ago. Yesterday, the rear view mirror fell off of my windshield. Not a big deal, I wasn't mad. It's hot as hell in Vegas, so the glue probably gave way. I called them up to inquire how much it would be for them to glue it back on the windshield. Once again, Helen went above and beyond. I advised her that I probably wouldn't be able to come into the shop until next week because I work the same hours as they are open. Helen asked me where I worked and then sent a technician out to my office for free. Holy crap! He got here within 30-40 minutes, and repaired it within 10 minutes. That's excellent customer service! I did not expect such accommodations, but I am very grateful. I highly, highly recommend this place! Thanks so much Helen and crew!
