I've been here a couple times, bordering on four stars because the tea is actually phenomenal. However, the boba itself is pretty bland, and the selection of teas is not great. The limited menu would not be such a problem, as I prefer quality over quantity anyway, except that they make their milk teas with real milk and don't offer non-dairy substitutes. Because I'm lactose intolerant, this cuts off half of their already tiny menu.
Because this place is new, hopefully they will fix most of this in the near future - I particularly recommend letting the bobas soak in honey or simple syrup so that their flavor can stand up to the sweetness of the tea. And I know that substituting for real cream or milk diminishes the flavor, but I would rather have a decent milk tea than no tea at all. Regardless, I'll be coming back every now and then.
