rev:text	For my very 1st trip here it was very very disappointing!! I called ahead to set up an appointment for an oil change and to have an alarm installed. Called the night prior to see how much of my time it will take up and was told and hour to and hour and a half. So I go in for my 8am appointment and I am there early. They get my car and take it for an oil change and to put an alarm. An hour goes by and an hour and a half. So ask my service rep for an update, who says I show its in the green and being worked on. So another hour goes by and so on and now it is noon. Another service rep comes up to me and says that their was an issue not only did they just have to order an oil filter from Dodge but ordered the wrong one and had to reorder another which took time. So it is now coming to 5 hours of my time gone and asked to speak to a manager and at that time I over heard one of the service reps mention that they were just going to take my car to get the alarm installed!!! Errrr. So was there for 5 hours and only got an oil change!! And on top of that it would of taken another hour and a half to get the alarm installed. Which today I do not have that time for and had to pass on the alarm. As mentioned from the start very very very disappointed with their customer service and their lack of organization when it comes to services and parts. Also from the time that I was there I heard two other customers mention that they had been there for 4 hours just for a simple oil change.. Not impressed at all with my 1st visit to Bell Honda Services!!!
