  • Well I'm not giving a 1 star because of the comfortable rooms. I am Giving a 1 star for lack of privacy! I am going through a divorce and have been separated for almost a year. I decided to get a room and just take the day to regroup, use the pool, cook and watch tv by myself for a day. I set up a new account online with my credit card and didn't use a rewards card. I went in and gave them my debit card and ID. I signed a paper showing they took it off my card. Then next day my ex called hysterical as to why the hell I was at best western and charged his business account?! Sure enough they did! We have separate accounts, different last names and they somehow linked us and charged him! This started a lot of drama for me! I called and they seriously could not figure out how it happened! Other than maybe he stayed there once and they had him on file . I still have no idea what happened and neither do they?! Isn't there a law made for privacy things like this??!!
