  • 5 stars!!! I came to spa VIP for my first ever facial, and I can honestly say that I am now hooked. Heather was very professional and engaging. She took her time and ensured I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. It was an amazing experience, and I left with my skin glowing. Prior to the start of my facial she asked about the condition of my skin and what I wanted to accomplish with the facial. She made sure she understood my skin and my concerns. Throughout the facial she made sure I wasn't in any discomfort, and commented on my skin letting me know what she was seeing. I nearly went to a big chain for my first facial, and I am so glad that I did not. Heather made me feel like the most important person in the world during my appointment, and there was no pushy sales pitch like the ones you'd get from a big chain. If you are on the fence, definitely go check out spa VIP!!! It was an all around great experience, and I have the glowing skin to prove it.
