  • Least helpful VS staff out of ALL the locations I have been to in the country. Unnecessarily rude, snarky, weirdly bitchy and just not very competent. I've been to this location 3 times and had negative experiences all three times. (The staff at Tempe are much nicer, more professional, and more competent at their jobs). Choose any location over this one. For perspective, I finally made a yelp account just to write this review and It's actually bad enough that it is worth spending an extra 20-30+ minutes in Phoenix traffic to avoid the staff issues at the Scottsdale fashion sq location.
