This January we bought our first home in Utah, purchased centurylink for our home. That following week my job relocated to Arizona. We had to up and sell our home and move into an apartment that contracts with COX (much better). Per living in an apartment complex that contracts with COX you cannot have Centurylink here. Thinking that Centurylink has a good policy on that to waive any fees when moving to an area that you can't have it. I called friday to be told I would have to call monday. Per my phone call today I got told that they can have Centurylink at my apartment so they can't waive the fees. I then escalated to a "manager" Mario that told me the same thing. I then asked for his boss and he said that he could give me his ID# and I could call back in. I said what the fuck is that going to do for me, and then he tried to use me dropping the F bomb to get off the phone with me. I'm extremely upset with the customer service Centurylink has provided.
