  • I ordered 3 photo books and received 1. I had numerous correspondence with shutterfly via phone and email with no resolution. They clearly have no communication with the people actually preparing the photo book. I cancelled my order and will not do business with them in the future. They are unreliable especially if you need an item for a gift.
