  • They are expensive, and rude and inexperienced customer service reps. The cable guys came out 7 times and still couldn't connect my cable from outside, finally the last guy said.."oh we are not allowed to do that from the outside, you have to get a private company"...WTF!!!! and they charged me for it, I called and siputed for months!!!
