There were bedbugs in my hotel room and I got bedbugs bites all over my body staying here(which I thought was allergy and did not realize until I see a small brown bug on my bed, and Googled it). Guest service refused to believe me when I reported this and it took them over a hour for them to send maintenance to come to check. Upon the maintenance person actually found bedbugs in my room and confirmed it was indeed infested, didn't hear back from them for another 2hrs. I had to call the guest services back to request them to move me out of the bedbugs infested room. No one at any point asked me how I was doing or ask me if I need anything. Extremely disappointing, I travel for work and stay at spg properties all the time, this does not live up to the spg brand name.
