  • The rent WILL be raised every year, so you'll be paying a little more than 5% additional each year. While I'd agree with this if the other units were priced accordingly, the empty units are advertised more than 10% cheaper than our current rent. So, for someone that has been early with rent payment for years, you'll be rewarded with a higher rent than those who may be just moving in.
