  • I am so happy I stumbled into this place. I love the breakfast spots but sometimes I want something quick and may not be in the mood to wait. Here is where Waffles Cafe comes in. For $5.50 you get a waffle, eggs, bacon or sausage, and unlimited coffee. You can get specialty waffles which is just a little bit more. We had the pumpkin waffle which was perfect - not too sweet. I, on the other hand, got the Strawberry Waffle special which came with Strawberry ice cream, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream. Prob not the best breakfast waffle idea, more like a dessert, but it was awesome. I like the atmosphere alot -- The service is great. You get that food truck type of vibe. The workers all really enjoy being there and it's a good feeling. I am seriously thinking of hi-jacking this idea, moving to another city and putting this on a truck b/c it would straight kill it. Until then, I'll be visiting this place weekly- maybe more!
