  • My first experience at Billy's and I was disappointed. I ordered the brisket sandwich , waffle fries and a drink. 1) it was over priced for the atmosphere/ food / service. Lunch was $18.95 for order / pick up style. The brisket was greasy and had too much fat; the waffle fries were over fried. Worst part my sister found a hair in her brisket taco. #fail As a Texas girl I always want to check out BBQ spots but I doubt I will ever return to Billy's
