  • I took my 2010 Camaro with 37,000 miles in for an oil change. I dropped in off and checked in a little before 3:00pm. Nothing was said about time but I told them I was going to walk next door to Outback and wait. I returned at 4:15 thinking it should be close to being done, and saw another Camaro on the rack and mine still waiting. I had a dinner meeting at 5:00pm so my wife picked me up to attend that. I kept waiting for a call that the Camaro was done and the phone never rang. We returned to the dealership at 6:15. I was aware that the service department closed at 6:00pm but I had picked up cars after 6:00 before. The cashiers office was also closed. I told the receptionist that I needed to speak to someone regarding it and she said the sales department was all that was there. A guy came over and when I explained that no one ever called and needed the car he said they were closed and nothing could be done. I asked who the manager on duty was and he went and sent over another guy who said he was the manager that night and that there was nothing that could be done that night. I asked them to call the service mama and get someone down to unlock the service department. He said he had already called someone and no one was coming down. He told me I could leave or he would call the police. I asked for his card and he said he didn't have one. When has anyone ever met a car salesman that didn't have a card? I insisted on his name and he finally reached over the the receptionist desk and literally took a sheet of paper that she was writing on and tore off a piece and scribbled Chris something. Looked like Urine from the letters. He again told me to leave or he was calling the police. I said I would never be back again and I would post it online. He said that was fine and to Yelp away. He said they didn't have to call when cars are done. All of this time could see my Camaro setting in the delivery lane of the service bay. The next morning I arrived and went to the cashiers window and requested my car. As she was processing the paperwork I told her that I was unhappy with what had happened. She said the Asst. Service Manager was there and she called him. He introduced himself as Lonnie and said he had already been informed of the night before. He said that they had called me twice the previous night and left messages. I showed him my call log on my phone that there was NO call form them. He told the girl to reverse the $45 charge. He took the invoice and pointed to the phone number on it. The first number was wrong by a digit and the 2nd number I had no idea whose it was. He said that was the number I gave them. I said it wasn't and he pulled the original check sheet from when I dropped it off which had the correct phone number which was obviously different from the numbers on the invoice. He told me he would look into and call as to what had happened. He said that 3 times from the window and going to my car. It has been over 2 weeks now and I haven't heard a word from anyone there. They are the closest to me but I will drive a little further and go to another Chevrolet dealer in the future.
