  • I called yesterday to make an appointment. I do have an accent (it's not that bad since I went to college in USA for 4 years) however I never felt so stupid about it. The lady that was on the phone did not want to listen to me, was annoyed by my accent and after she took my phone number and connection was lost, she did not even call me back. Neither I received an email to schedule an appointment. This is so disappointing and I decided to go to another place since it's that hard to schedule an appointment there and people don't even care that much. Maybe they do have a great doctors according to the reviews on google, but customer service is definitely bad.
