  • This place is a perfect example of a group who has no interest in helping people, they're only interested in making money. My neurologist referred me to one of the neurosurgeons to discuss a procedure; however, before the appointment I became aware of some things I wanted to discuss with my doctor before proceeding with the appointment so I cancelled it. Unfortuately my neurologist then left her practice and I have not been able to find where she is, if she's in another practice. I called Barrow thinking that since I'm already in their system as I had to spend at least a half hour putting myself in and they have notes that were sent I should be able to be seen by a doctor there. Well I was completely wrong. According to the "physicians" side (as they call it), they don't work with the "neurosurgery" side so I have to be a referred and they have to "review my records so they're sure of my diagnosis". Well, I don't have a doctor so who is supposed to refer me? Also, I'm very sure that after 15 years of living with the same condition I know exactly what it is. Also I find it hard to believe that even if the 2 clinics have separate staff or whatever makes them seperate that they don't work together. After dealing with their rude "schedulers" I am so happy that I found a clinic who will see me and they were much more professional and very friendly while scheduling my appointment.
