  • Sad to say about Bellagio buffet but here goes. Went Thursday night with kids. Buffet was not a same as say five to ten years ago. This restaurant has been going south for few years. Few years ago they used Wagu beef for Prime Rib but today using much lower grade beef. As to the crab legs serving snow crab not king crab. I could keep going but you get the idea. Sushi section was terrible. Using cheap rice and not properly seasoned and paper thin slice if tuna and salmon.
