Currently sitting at Kays being treated poorly. My sister and I have been sitting here for over an hour now while the incompetent service employees are checking our jewelry, (approximately $15k worth, if not more) and cleaning it, for our six month check in, (which aren't even clean). The employee in the mean time tried to help someone else after beginning to help us and was very rude and disrespectful with our time. I wouldn't buy a thing from Kays again. Not even worth your time. And if you get a warranty here and something happens to any of your pieces or diamonds, the warranty is void if you couldn't get it checked, considering how many times we've tried to come in and get things checked at several of the Kays stores here in Las Vegas and they were "too busy" and would tell us to come back later. Not worth even one star.
