So thankful for Dr. Shapiro and staff at the Fertility Center of LV. After several years of infertility we started IVF at the end of 2015 and had our FET in early 2016. I couldn't imagine having any other Dr. to help us through this process. Learning we had to do IVF was extremely hard to accept and Dr. Shapiro was so kind. One thing that stuck out to me was I was quite emotional one day in his office with my husband. The next day I got a follow-up call to see how I was doing. With an office that busy, to take the time to do that meant a great deal to me. His bed-side manner was great and I never doubted his recommendations. I mainly went to the Henderson location for blood work, etc. and the ladies there were AWESOME. I truly missed seeing them every week. Arlen at the Sahara location who helped me through the whole IVF process was incredible. She is SO busy but responded to every email and call I had promptly(and trust me, there was a lot.). IVF can be scary process and I constantly had a ton of questions and never felt like nuisance.
I will say, someone else who wrote a review commented on getting call backs. I too did have some hiccups along the way with this, usually with instructions after blood work. Don't hesitate to call and leave a message after 4pm to check the status, if you have not received a call. Its so important to stay on schedule and you can always get a hold of someone if it is nearing the evening.
I can't thank you guys enough! We welcomed our beautiful, healthy baby girl on her due date and thanks to you I'm a mom!
